Twin industrial suction cups. Aluminium base. Locks your Starlink Mini to smooth surfaces where magnets can't reach — fibreglass canopies, caravan roofs, ute tubs, boats, painted panels.
Step up to the 6" Dual-Stage Kit — twin large cups, each with an inner secondary suction cup inside the main cup. Two seals per cup. Four seals total. If you're on dirt, towing, or mounting on anything that vibrates — get this one.
Not the thin cups you'll find on every other suction mount.
Key Features
- 6" cups with dual-stage inner suction — two independent seals per cup. If the outer seal slips on a bump, the inner holds. (6" variants only.)
- 4.5" twin cup option — tighter footprint for smaller surfaces, still heavy-duty
- Octagonal industrial cups — thicker rubber, deeper dome, more surface area than standard round cups
- Solid Aluminium base — purpose-built for Starlink Mini.
- No drilling. No magnets. No permanent mount
- Works where magnets don't — fibreglass, glass, painted composite, smooth ABS, polished metal
- Optional 12v/24v to 30V converter — hardwire to auxiliary battery with Anderson plug
- Built for Aussie conditions — UV stable, weather resistant
- Safety indicator — red line disappears when suction is safe
Why The 6" Dual-Stage Is The One To Get
Most suction mounts rely on a single seal. Hit a pothole, lose the seal, lose your Starlink.
The 6" cups on this kit have a second suction cup inside the first. Pump the main cup down — it seals. The inner cup then engages a second seal against the mounting surface. Two seals. Two fail-safes.
That's four separate seals holding your Starlink to the mounting surface, not two. On corrugated roads, that redundancy is the difference between getting to camp with a working dish and stopping on the side of the track to pick it up.
Get the 6" Dual-Stage Complete Kit if you're:
- Towing a caravan on dirt roads
- Driving tracks with corrugations
- Mounting on a boat or tinnie
- Highway driving with a side-mounted Starlink
- Anywhere failure means damage or loss
The 4.5" is for:
- Smaller mounting surfaces where the 6" won't fit
- Lighter duty — stationary use, short drives on sealed roads
- Budget-conscious buyers who still want better than the cheap stuff
Who It's For
- 4WDers with fibreglass canopies or painted roofs
- Caravans and motorhomes (roof, side panel, skylight)
- Boats and tinnies (deck mounting)
- Ute tray tops and canopy lids
- Anyone without a steel roof
- Users who've had cheap suction cups fail on them

Built For The Job, Not The Price Tag
Stop mounting your Starlink on gear that wasn't built for the job.
Most suction mounts on the market use small, generic cups pulled straight off a supplier catalogue. They're fine for holding a phone to a windscreen. They're not fine for holding a Starlink Mini through 400km of corrugated dirt.
The Vankor Heavy-Duty Suction Mount Kit is different.
The 6" cups have two suction cups in one.
Look at the underside. Each large octagonal cup has a smaller, secondary suction cup seated inside it. Pump the main cup — outer rim seals. Then the inner cup engages a second, independent seal against the surface.
If a corrugation breaks the outer seal for a split second, the inner cup is still holding. Your dish doesn't move.
That redundancy is why this kit is rated for serious use — towing, dirt roads, marine, corrugations. Two seals per cup. Four seals across both cups.
4.5" if you need a smaller footprint.
Not every mounting surface has room for 6" cups. The 4.5" version uses the same octagonal design, same industrial rubber, same machined alloy base. Single-stage only — no inner cup — but still well beyond what you'll find on a $150 competitor product.
Machined alloy base, not a universal bracket.
The base is Aluminium specifically for the Starlink Mini's mounting feet. No sliding adapters, no spacers, no plastic clips. The dish locks in flat and stays flat. Stainless hardware throughout — this is built to live outside.
Optional 12v converter for a clean wired install.
The Complete Kit adds a 12v/24v to 30V DC converter. Wire it direct to your auxiliary battery with the Anderson plug. No inverter. No cigarette lighter adapter. Inline fuse. Ready for real 4WD and caravan electrical systems.

FAQ
What's the difference between the 4.5" and 6" kits? The 4.5" uses single-stage suction — strong, but one seal per cup. The 6" adds an inner secondary suction cup inside each outer cup, giving you two independent seals per cup. If you're driving on anything rough, towing, or mounting on a boat, get the 6".
Will the 6" dual-stage hold on corrugations? That's exactly what the dual-stage design is for. A single bump can break a standard suction seal for a fraction of a second — long enough to lose grip. The inner cup maintains its seal independently, so the mount stays locked even if the outer seal flutters.
Will it stick to my caravan roof? If the surface is smooth fibreglass, painted metal, or glass — yes. Textured, raw, or porous surfaces won't hold any suction mount properly.
Can I use it while driving? Yes. Check the suction indicator before every trip. The 6" Dual-Stage is the safer choice for driving on anything other than sealed roads.
How long does suction last? In normal use, hours to days. Temperature swings and surface contamination will drop the hold. Re-pump when the red indicator shows. The 6" dual-stage holds longer than single-stage because the inner seal is protected from direct environmental exposure.
Does the 12v converter power the Starlink directly? Yes. Input 9-28V DC, output 30V DC at 3A. Runs the Mini cleanly without an inverter. Anderson plug input, DC barrel output.
Which one should I get? Most buyers — the 6" Dual-Stage Complete Kit with 12v Converter. It's the one built for real-world use and fits a hardwired install. Get the 4.5" only if you have a surface too small for the 6" cups.
